Mumbai E-Commerce & Social Executive
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a versatile executive based in Mumbai who can give equal attention to our Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts while also keeping our Facebook and Instagram pages active and engaging.
E-commerce tasks
• Update product listings, prices, and stock on Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Check orders, coordinate basic customer queries, and flag any fulfilment issues.
• Pull simple weekly sales and inventory reports so I can track performance.
Social media tasks
• Plan and schedule regular posts (images or short reels) on Facebook and Instagram using native tools or Facebook Business Suite.
• Write crisp, brand-appropriate captions and add relevant hashtags.
• Monitor comments and messages, forwarding anything important that needs my reply.
Scope and expectations
• This is a basic, part-time role suited to someone who already knows the two marketplaces and the two social channels; I’m not looking for a full agency setup.
• Work can be remote, but you must be able to connect during Indian business hours for quick clarifications.
• Start with a one-week handover focusing on the most urgent listings and a small content calendar; if we work well together, we’ll extend month-to-month.
