Multi-brand Social Media Manager Needed

Ekot Group is a growing multi-brand holding company based in Salt Lake City, Utah, with businesses spanning premium e-commerce, residential services real estate and media We are looking for a Social Media Manager who thrives in fast-paced, multi-brand environments and can manage 10+ accounts across Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Reddit.
What You Will Do:
• Develop and execute content strategies for four brands and a personal executive brand
• Create, schedule, and publish content using Metricool and other management tools
• Manage community engagement: respond to comments, DMs, and build relationships across all platforms
• Analyze performance metrics and deliver weekly reports aligned with our operational tracking systems
• Coordinate with our video production and design team members for visual content
• Run paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Repurpose podcast content into short-form video and social posts
• Identify trends and growth opportunities across all brands
What We Are Looking For:
• 3+ years managing multiple social media accounts across different brands or industries
• Proficiency with social media management platforms (Metricool preferred; Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social also accepted)
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to switch brand voices quickly
• Experience with paid social advertising (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads)
• Data-driven approach; you track metrics and make decisions based on performance
• Self-starter who takes initiative without constant direction
• Basic content creation skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
• Experience in e-commerce, real estate, or service industry marketing is a significant plus
Bonus Points:
• Experience with Monday.com and Make.com automation workflows
• Experience with podcast content repurposing
• Familiarity with health/wellness/supplement industry social media
• Video editing skills for Reels, TikToks, and Shorts
• Experience managing a Skool or Discord community
