Budget: £10 – £20 GBP
I run a young but fast-growing agency that already represents seven creators and will be onboarding more very soon. To keep pace, I’m putting together a reliable team that can handle daily posting across all the major channels and polish short-form video content into scroll-stopping reels.
Here’s the core of what I need right now:
• Posters for Instagram, Reddit and X (formerly Twitter)
• Video editors who can turn raw clips into engaging reels and shorts
If you have experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or any similar tool, great—if you work in something else that gets the job done just as well, that works for me too.
Before we talk start dates, I’d like to see:
– A current résumé and any relevant references
– A link to your portfolio (social feeds you manage, edited reels, etc.)
– Your answers to the following:
1. How many of the tasks above can you confidently cover?
2. Your hourly rate and the output I can expect per hour.
3. Your expected full-time compensation for a 40-hour week.
Shortlisted candidates will move through a brief skills test—nothing time-consuming, simply a chance for you to show your best work in action.
