My brand already lives on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music and SoundCloud; now I need a partner who can turn that presence into measurable, steady audience growth. I will supply the creative assets and overall strategy—what I need from you is the consistent, hands-on execution that keeps every feed active and every follower feeling heard.
Your core focus will be twofold:
• Scheduling: Map out and queue my posts at optimal times for each platform. I’m comfortable with tools like Meta Business Suite, Later or Buffer—use whichever you prefer, as long as content goes out reliably and in the right format for the channel.
• Engagement: Once the posts are live, dive into the comments, likes and DMs. I expect genuine interaction—liking and commenting on relevant threads, responding to messages quickly, and sharing user-generated content when it fits the brand voice. The goal is to spark conversations, not just check a box.
Acceptance criteria
– A two-week rolling content calendar visible at all times
– 100 % of scheduled posts published on time across every platform
– Average response time to comments/DMs under 24 h
– Weekly recap showing follower growth, top-performing posts and engagement wins
