Here’s what the day-to-day work looks like:
• Post concise, visually appealing updates about new services, seasonal menus, lab packages, room availability, or upcoming events.
• Monitor and promptly answer questions, messages, and reviews to maintain a responsive public image.
• Keep core details—hours, photos, amenities, menus, and pricing—accurate across all five listings.
• Track insights inside the GMB dashboard and flag notable trends or optimisation opportunities.
