Position: Multi-Account Social Media Growth Specialist (Viral Content Networks)
We are hiring a social media operator who understands how to run multiple social accounts from a structured system and grow them using viral content strategies.
This position is designed for someone who already understands theme pages, viral hubs, or network-style social media growth.
If you have experience operating several accounts simultaneously and scaling them through short-form content, this role may be a strong fit.

Primary Responsibilities
• Operate several social media accounts from a centralized workflow
• Launch and properly warm up newly created accounts
• Implement safe account management practices to avoid platform restrictions
• Source high-performing viral clips and content daily
• Adapt and edit content for short-form platforms
• Publish and schedule content across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Experiment with captions, hooks, hashtags, and formats to increase reach
• Monitor engagement performance and adjust strategies accordingly
• Maintain daily activity tracking in a shared Google spreadsheet
• Provide regular updates and communication with the team

• managing social accounts through virtual browsers or anti-detect tools
• proxy or account environment management
• sourcing viral clips efficiently
• distributing short-form content at scale
• building or managing theme pages or viral hub accounts
• growing social pages to large followings
Experience managing networks of accounts or multiple theme pages is highly valued.
