I need a few outgoing, genuinely friendly people to represent Mixmix inside our social-media chats. Your main purpose will be to keep the conversation flowing, welcome newcomers, spark light-hearted discussions, and make sure everyone feels heard and included. Because community engagement is the focus, an approachable tone and quick, thoughtful replies matter more to me than deep subject-matter expertise or strict moderation skills—though if you have those too, they’re certainly a bonus.
The role is one-on-one as well as small-group; think DMs, comment threads, and live chat rooms on our existing social channels. You’ll greet users, answer casual questions, surface any bigger issues to me, and gently steer conversations back on track when needed. Consistency is important, so let me know the days and time zones you can reliably cover. A short daily recap of notable interactions will serve as our main deliverable.
