Million-Follower Social Growth Manager

I need a results-driven strategist who can take full control of our Instagram, Facebook and YouTube presence, attract at least one million engaged followers, and translate that audience into qualified leads and consistent seven-figure monthly revenue.

Your role covers everything from crafting a cross-channel content narrative that mixes short-form video, striking imagery and sharp copy, through to running paid and organic campaigns, fine-tuning funnels, and reporting with Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics or comparable tools.
Deliverables
• 90-day multichannel growth roadmap with follower, lead and revenue targets
• Weekly content calendar covering videos, images and copy hooks
• Paid ad frameworks set up for testing and scale
• Automated lead-capture funnel (landing pages, email flows, retargeting)
• Bi-weekly reports detailing follower gains, CPL, ROAS and social-sourced sales
Acceptance criteria
• 250k+ net new followers in the first quarter
• Cost-per-lead and ROAS meet or beat roadmap benchmarks
• Documented month-on-month sales lift attributable to social media activity
