I am looking for an experienced Meta Business Manager/Facebook Business Portfolio expert to recover access to our business assets.
Current Situation
Our Facebook Page and Instagram account are active and working.
We can publish posts through Meta Business Suite.
Instagram Account Status is green with no violations.
Facebook Page is active.
However, our Meta Business Portfolio has been restricted because the original Full Control admin account was permanently disabled by Meta.
The disabled account is:

"Your user account was restricted, which caused this account to be affected."
Whenever we click Settings, People, Business Assets, Ads Manager, Billing, Business Portfolio Settings, or Advertising, we receive:
"Your request is pending. We've sent a request for access to settings to people with full control of this business portfolio."
Unfortunately, the only Full Control admin account has been permanently disabled by Meta and cannot approve the request.
