Mens styling company Instagram Growth Strategist

Job ID: 40315885

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I’m looking to hand over the Brosbuzz Instagram so it can finally match the brand’s ambition: becoming a recognised authority in men’s fashion and styling. You’ll own the account end-to-end—strategy, content, community and reporting—while I stay available for approvals and product knowledge.

What I need from you
• Strategy: Map out a clear, data-backed plan to build brand awareness and position Brosbuzz as a go-to style resource.
• Content: Design and publish a weekly mix of Reels, Stories, Carousels and feed posts that showcase current trends, practical styling tips and our own product drops. Visual polish, strong copy and an eye for on-brand colour palettes are essential.
• Community: Spark conversation in the comments and DMs, engage with relevant hashtags and like-minded accounts, and line up micro-influencer collaborations that feel authentic.
• Growth: Track insights in Instagram Analytics, refine tactics, and present concise reports so we can see follower gains, reach and engagement climbing every month.

Why you’ll enjoy this project
Brosbuzz is still young, so there’s plenty of creative freedom; if you already live and breathe menswear, you’ll be shaping a voice from the ground up. I’m open to fresh ideas—series concepts, themed story highlights, even experimenting with trending audio—provided everything ladders back to consistent, recognisable branding.

Ideal background
• Proven wins growing fashion or lifestyle handles.
• Strong grasp of short-form video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar).
• Familiarity with current style trends and how to translate runway inspiration into approachable looks.

Deliverables for our first month
1. 30-day content calendar.
2. Minimum three Reels, four Stories sets and two Carousels per week.
3. Bi-weekly performance snapshot with next-step recommendations.

If that sounds like the challenge you’ve been waiting for, send over examples of fashion accounts you’ve scaled and a quick outline of how you’d push Brosbuzz ahead of the pack.
