Medtech Baby Monitor Sales Strategy
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m launching a contact-less baby-monitoring device and need a sales and marketing specialist who can steer both our direct-to-consumer and business-to-business growth.
On the consumer side, you’ll own our social media presence, shape an email nurture series, and spin up helpful, reassuring content that positions the product as the smart choice for new parents shopping online. Solid e-commerce know-how is essential because every post, reel, and article must move people seamlessly toward checkout.
For B2B, I want a proactive voice on LinkedIn who can open doors with distributors, paediatric clinics, and especially hospital neonatology units. You’ll map the decision-maker landscape, craft compelling outreach, and turn early conversations into formal partnerships that put the device in front of healthcare professionals and their patients.
Offline opportunities matter too. If you can line up pop-up demos, baby-fair booths, or in-store trials, I’m all ears—it’s about meeting parents wherever they feel most comfortable.
What I’ll look for:
• A clear launch-to-scale plan covering the channels above and any complementary ideas you recommend
• Tangible KPIs—traffic, qualified leads, conversion targets—backed by realistic timelines
• Regular reporting so we can double down on what’s working and pivot fast when needed
If you have a track record turning medtech or parenting products into household names, let’s talk about how quickly we can bring this monitor to families and healthcare partners alike.
