Marketing VA: Email Marketing, Content (SEO Blog + Social)

I’m looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant—ideally located in Indonesia—to keep our outreach engine running.
Your first focus will be list building. You’ll pull cold and warm prospect data from multiple online sources, then use our Facebook and Instagram scraping tools to enrich each contact with accurate names, emails, business details, and city information. Once the lists are cleaned and segmented, I’ll need you to load them into whichever platform proves best for us—Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, or another you’re confident with—and build out the automations.
I prioritise three core sequences: welcome, promotion, and re-engagement. You’ll map each journey, write or AI-generate the copy, configure autoresponders, and test deliverability before anything goes live. From there, you’ll keep an eye on open rates, CTRs, and bounce issues, making tweaks so we continuously improve.
Parallel to email, you’ll expand our social footprint. Please create a running sheet of niche-relevant Facebook and LinkedIn groups, Instagram accounts, and city-specific communities. We’re also active on TikTok and YouTube, so knowing how to schedule and cross-post content across all five channels is essential.
On the content side, you’ll spin up a blog on our WordPress site, draft SEO-friendly articles with AI tools like Jasper or ChatGPT, add images, internal links, and publish on a set cadence.
Initial deliverables
• 2,000+ verified cold and warm email contacts, segmented by city and niche
• Fully built welcome, promotion, and re-engagement sequences with tested automations
• Spreadsheet of at least 50 vetted Facebook/LinkedIn groups and 30 Instagram accounts per target city
• Blog section live with the first three AI-assisted articles published and shared across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Ongoing support will include weekly list hygiene, monthly content calendars, and daily social scheduling.
