Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I want to hand over full, day-to-day management of my Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts so I can stay focused on running the business. Your role will cover three core areas: keeping a steady flow of scheduled posts, jumping into the comments and DMs to maintain a responsive voice, and pulling clear analytics so I always know what is and isn’t working.
Here’s how I imagine the collaboration:
• Posting & Scheduling: Plan a balanced calendar, write captions, select or create imagery, and queue everything at optimal times using a tool you’re comfortable with (e.g. Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
• Community Interaction: Monitor each platform throughout the week, reply to comments, handle basic customer questions in the inbox, and flag anything urgent for me.
• Analytics & Reporting: Provide a concise report each month summarizing reach, engagement, follower growth, and any insights that should shape next month’s content.
