Social Media Management Proposal
Platforms: Instagram & Facebook
We are looking for a remote social media manager to manage our Instagram and Facebook accounts on a monthly retainer. All photos and videos will be provided by us. The role focuses on posting consistency, captions, engagement, and basic reporting.

Content & Posting
• 4–5 feed posts per week (Instagram & Facebook)
• Stories included (shared alongside feed posts or as light story content)
• Scheduling posts at optimal times
• Posting consistency across both platforms

• Caption writing aligned with our brand tone
• Relevant hashtag research per post
• Clear CTAs where appropriate (e.g., visit, book, DM, follow)

Content Planning
• Monthly content calendar prepared in advance
• Optional approval process before scheduling
• Organized posting schedule for both platforms

Engagement (Basic)
• Liking comments on posts
• Replying to simple comments using approved guidelines
• Flagging important messages or inquiries for our attention
(High-volume DM management or customer service is not required.)

Reporting
• Monthly performance report, including:
• Number of posts published
• Follower growth
• Engagement metrics (likes, comments, reach where available)
• Brief insights on what performed best

• Photos and videos uploaded weekly to a shared folder
• Brand guidelines (tone, style, colors, messaging)
• Key promotions, announcements, or priorities
• Pre-approved responses for comments/DMs if needed

• Monthly payment, payable in advance
• 15 day trial period to confirm fit before long-term commitment
• One round of reasonable revisions per post if required

• Proven experience managing Instagram & Facebook pages
• Strong English communication skills
• Reliable scheduling and time management
• Portfolio or examples of similar accounts managed
• Comfortable working remotely with clear instructions

• Content planning via Notion, Trello, or similar
• Scheduling via Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, or equivalent
• Monthly check-in message or short call if required
