Long-term Sales & Marketing Assistant Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are hiring a long-term Sales & Marketing Assistant to support outreach and client acquisition for our U.S.-based operations platform, BrowneOperations.com
BrowneOperations helps entrepreneurs launch fully operational business systems including client portals, admin dashboards, and automation tools.
We code, build and launch fully functional websites/apps within 14 days (soonest turn around is same day)
Your responsibilities will include:
• Messaging potential business owners on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, by phone and email
• Posting and advertising our services on classified and social platforms
• Message, comment on social media to boost our engagement.
• Responding to inbound inquiries professionally
• Scheduling Vision Calls with interested prospects
• Following up with leads who have not completed onboarding
• Assisting with basic office operations such as organizing prospect lists and tracking outreach
You must be comfortable:
• Communicating clearly in English via phone, email, and messaging
• Following outreach scripts and adapting them naturally
• Using social media platforms for professional outreach
• Working during some EST business hours
Sales or customer service experience is preferred.
You must have experience with social media platforms. Tiktok, video editing or photo editing is preferred but not required.
Compensation:
$100 to $120 USD per week (depending on experience)
Performance Bonuses:
Additional bonuses will be paid for each qualified client that schedules and completes a Vision Call through your outreach efforts.
Long-term growth opportunity into Lead Generation Manager or Operations Coordinator.
Paid weekly via Wise or PayPal.
