I’m looking for a dependable virtual assistant who can stay with me for the long haul and keep several moving pieces running smoothly each day. Most of your time will be spent researching football programs to uncover the right recruiting contacts, adding those details into Google Sheets, and then sending well-written recruitment inquiry emails or direct messages to introduce our athletes.

Beyond research and outreach, I’ll lean on you for consistent social media help on the two platforms where we’re most active:
• Twitter
• Instagram

Your support there will cover:
• Creating short, on-brand content (graphics, captions, or quick clips)
• Scheduling posts so our feed stays active even when I’m offline
• Jumping into the comments or DMs to engage with followers and keep the conversation going

Strong English, an eye for detail, and solid experience with Google Docs and Sheets are essential. I’ll provide clear instructions, templates, and a shared spreadsheet; you’ll keep everything organized, follow the process exactly, and check in with a brief update every day.
