Live Stream Assistant & Community Growth VA
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We are seeking a proactive, high-energy Live Stream Assistant & Community VA to act as the "right hand" during live broadcasts. This role is a hybrid of a Live Moderator, Hype-Man, and Content Coordinator. You will be responsible for maintaining chat momentum, ensuring the stream runs smoothly, and helping bridge the gap between live content and social media growth.
Schedule Requirement: Must be available to work during IST (India Standard Time) hours.
Key Responsibilities
1. Live Stream Support (Real-Time)
Active Chat Engagement: Act as a "Power Viewer." Initiate conversations, ask questions to the streamer, and keep the chat moving during quiet moments to drive engagement.
Live Moderation: Enforce community guidelines, manage bots, and clear out spam or toxicity instantly.
Technical Monitoring: Watch the stream from a viewer’s perspective to monitor audio levels, lag, or technical glitches, alerting the streamer immediately if issues arise.
Clip Management: Identify "viral moments" or high-intensity highlights during the live show and use the "Clip" feature to save them for social media.
2. Content Pushing & Promotion
Cross-Platform Pushing: Share stream links across Discord, Twitter (X), and Reddit at the start and during key moments of the broadcast.
Engagement Boosting: Respond to comments on recent uploads/VODs during the stream to signal activity to the platform's algorithm.
3. Community & Admin
VOD Timestamping: After the stream, provide a list of timestamps for the best moments to assist the editor.
Discord Management: Hang out in the Discord community before and after the stream to build hype for the next broadcast.
Required Qualifications
Hours: Must be fully available during IST evening/night hours (or your specific streaming window).
Communication: Fluent in English with a natural, conversational writing style (no "bot-like" responses).
Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of Twitch/YouTube/Kick dashboards and Discord.
Multitasking: Ability to watch the stream, manage chat, and post on social media simultaneously.
Personality: High emotional intelligence—knowing when to be funny, when to be serious, and how to handle "trolls" gracefully.
Preferred Skills
Experience with OBS or Streamlabs (to help troubleshoot).
Knowledge of gaming culture and livestreaming trends.
Basic video clipping or screenshotting skills.
