Linkedin Optimization Manager

Looking for Linkedini Optimization manager to grow contacts and online presence for lead generation through the platform. Weekly activities will include but not limited to the following:
Optimize LinkedIn profile elements, including headline, banner, and About section, to clearly communicate brand value
- Create and publish engaging LinkedIn content 2–3 times per day aligned with business goals
- Develop concise, skimmable posts (tips, lists, insights) to maximize engagement and reach
- Actively engage with industry leaders, prospects, and target audiences through comments and interactions
- Utilize LinkedIn native content formats (text posts, carousels, short videos) to improve visibility
- Collect and showcase testimonials, client wins, and success stories while maintaining confidentiality
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages promptly to drive engagement
- Track post performance and adjust content strategy to support growth and audience interest
