LinkedIn users with Established Profiles
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I need freelancers whose own LinkedIn profile is already six months old (or older) and shows at least 200 first-degree connections. Your task is straightforward recruiting: leverage that existing network to identify, reach out to, and pre-screen potential candidates for my open roles.
Because this is an entry-level recruiting assignment, I will provide the job descriptions, message templates, and simple qualification criteria—you bring the connections and the time to execute. You’ll work entirely through LinkedIn, so familiarity with its search filters, InMail, connection requests, and basic spreadsheet tracking will be important.
Deliverables I’ll review at the end of each agreed period:
• A shared spreadsheet of prospects contacted, including profile links and response status
• Copies of outreach messages sent (or a central log)
• A short summary noting any strong or urgent leads that need immediate follow-up
If your profile meets the age and connection minimums and you’re comfortable with entry-level recruiting tasks, I’m ready to start right away.
