Lead-Focused Social Media Management
Budget: $2 – $8 AUD
My priority is to turn Facebook, Instagram and Twitter into steady lead-generating channels. To do that I need a complete, hands-on management approach that blends strategic planning, creative production and data-driven optimisation.
The accounts already exist and have a small, fairly engaged audience; what’s missing is consistent, persuasive content that nudges visitors toward my sign-up pages and enquiry forms. Each week I’d like a balanced mix of short text posts, eye-catching images and lightweight video snippets that match the voice of the brand and highlight clear calls-to-action. Scheduling can be handled through tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer or Hootsuite—whichever you prefer—as long as publishing times are tuned to when my audience is most active.
Because lead generation is the core metric, I’ll expect regular reporting that tracks clicks to the landing pages, cost-per-lead (if ads are involved later) and basic engagement trends so we can refine the funnel. Community interaction—replying to comments, managing DMs and monitoring mentions—should be baked into your daily workflow so no potential prospect is left hanging.
Deliverables
• Monthly content calendar covering Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
• Copy, visuals (PSD/Canva files) and 15–30 sec video edits for each scheduled post
• Weekly performance snapshot with lead-oriented KPIs and next-step recommendations
• Ongoing community engagement and prompt response handling
With these elements in place I’ll be able to measure real progress toward the only goal that matters here: more qualified leads feeding the sales pipeline.
