I’m starting my shredding journey from absolute zero and want to document it on Instagram in a way that instantly positions me as a rising fitness voice. I’ll supply raw phone footage, progress photos, and loose ideas; you shape them into a cohesive feed that blends short workout demos, authentic behind-the-scenes updates, and punchy motivation.
A key part of the job is repurposing my TikTok clips so they feel native to Instagram—think aspect-ratio tweaks, subtitle styling, and trending-audio swaps—while keeping the overall look consistent through templates, colour palettes, and thumbnail covers.
Deliverables
• Four-week editorial calendar with post concepts, captions, and hashtag groups
• First batch of ten posts (mix of Reels, Stories, and carousels) ready within seven days
• Editable design files plus final exports in the correct ratios
• Captions organised in a shared Google Sheet, complete with calls-to-action
Acceptance criteria
• Visual identity stays consistent across every asset
• Reels load smoothly and meet current Instagram audio/length guidelines
• All content reflects real-time progress on my shredding journey and invites audience interaction
