Latin America Social Media Manager
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I run a growing brand that targets a Spanish-speaking Latin American audience and I need a seasoned social media manager who can own every step of the content cycle—ideation, production, publishing, and optimisation—while keeping the voice authentically local.
You’ll focus on three core platforms: Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. My main objective is rapid follower growth, so every post, reel or story you design should be crafted with that metric in mind. Expect to create and edit attention-grabbing images, snappy short-form videos and compelling written captions that stay true to our brand personality. Consistency matters: you’ll build and maintain a posting calendar and adjust it as performance data comes in.
Because the role is remote and largely autonomous, reliability and quick communication are essential. Native-level Latin American Spanish is non-negotiable; cultural nuance and colloquial flair must shine through in each piece of content. Hands-on skills with popular photo and video editing tools—think Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut or similar—will be required, along with a solid grasp of growth tactics such as hashtag research, trend riding and community interaction.
Deliverables I expect each week:
• A platform-specific content calendar outlining post dates and formats
• At least three polished images, two short vertical videos and accompanying captions/hashtags
• A brief performance snapshot from native analytics with insights and proposed tweaks for the following cycle
Send over a portfolio or live links that show your best work on any or all of these platforms, and tell me briefly how you helped previous accounts gain followers. If your creative energy, strategic mindset and Spanish copy spark align with mine, we’ll move quickly.
