I’m a high-stakes poker player, content creator, and game organizer with a growing Instagram presence (@BostonJimmy). I post 3–6 reels per week focused on poker, luxury lifestyle, and motivation. Despite high-quality production, I’m struggling with reach, views, and engagement—and I need someone who can fix that fast.
I’m looking for an Instagram-focused Social Media Manager who can take control of my posting strategy, optimize everything for views and growth, and dramatically increase reel performance. You must be sharp, creative, and data-driven.

• Analyze current account performance, identify bottlenecks, and create a 30-day strategy
• Optimize thumbnails, captions, hashtags, audio, and posting times for every reel
• Post 6–8 reels per week and manage engagement in comments/stories
• Research poker, lifestyle, and trending IG topics to align with the brand
• Track performance metrics and adapt strategy weekly
• Repurpose high-performing reels with new hooks and repost strategy
• Recommend and test content buckets and micro-collabs

• Proven experience growing Instagram accounts (include examples/metrics)
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels algorithm and 2025 trends
• Ability to write captions that trigger shares, saves, and comments
• Experience using editing tools like CapCut, Canva, or InShot (editing not required, but a plus)
• Poker knowledge or a willingness to understand the poker scene
• Excellent communication and fast turnaround time
