Instagram VA for Kids Entertainment
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I run a children’s event-entertainment brand called Inkredible and I’m ready to bring on a part-time virtual assistant who lives and breathes Instagram. The priority is Reels, so you’ll be slicing raw footage into fun, upbeat edits in CapCut or Canva, overlaying captions and stickers that match our playful vibe, then scheduling everything so the feed stays lively without me lifting a finger.
Each week—about 5 to 8 hours total—you’ll:
• map out the content calendar (stories, Reels, occasional feed posts)
• edit and caption 3–4 Reels that highlight our performers and happy kids
• draft quick story sequences to keep followers engaged between events
• schedule all posts at optimal times and write snappy captions and hashtags
• jump into the comments and DMs daily to answer questions and keep the community warm
