As my brand scales, social media growth is the priority. The immediate focus is social-first analytics and execution for Instagram—while extending the same insight-driven approach to our YouTube channel.
The objectives are straightforward:
• Rapidly increase authentic followers on both platforms
• Lift post-level engagement rates week over week
To achieve this, I’ll share current channel access and past performance data. From there, your job is to:
1. Audit existing content and audience behavior.
2. Create a data-backed content calendar that blends organic posts, Stories/Reels, Shorts, and community interaction.
3. Set up or refine tracking dashboards (Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, or the analytic suite you prefer) so we can monitor KPIs in real time.
4. Deliver concise weekly reports highlighting what moved the needle and propose iterative tweaks.
Success is measured by follower growth that outpaces the previous 30-day baseline and clear, sustained engagement improvements—likes, comments, shares, and watch-time.
