Instagram & TikTok social media marketing manager

Hi,
For our growing construction company, we are looking for creative person, to manage our social media presence, for a long term engagement.

Your job would be:
- Create Instagram and TikTok content;
- Film/create and edit short-form videos (Reels & TikToks).
- Edit construction site photos in professional style and create interesting content using them;
- Plan and schedule social media posts;
- Follow current trends and implement them in your content;
- Grow our local audience and increase engagement;
- Monitor social media performance and suggest new ideas;

Requirements:
- Experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts;
- Strong photography and video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, etc.);
- Creative storyteller with attention to detail;

We would love to see:

- Your portfolio or social media accounts you’ve managed;
- Examples of Reels or TikTok videos you’ve created;
