Instagram & TikTok SMM Manager
Budget: $2 – $8 CAD
Our brand’s Instagram and TikTok accounts are ready for a full-scale debut, and the priority is simple: create a memorable market presence from day one. To reach that objective, the content strategy will revolve around authentic behind-the-scenes storytelling, shining a light on the product-creation process in a way that feels both informative and entertaining.
What the work looks like
• Map out a monthly content calendar that blends short-form video, Stories/Reels, and occasional carousel posts.
• Shoot, edit, or repurpose raw manufacturing and design footage into platform-native clips that amplify our brand personality.
• Publish at an optimal cadence, pairing each post with researched hashtags, engaging captions, and timely replies to comments.
• Track follower growth and engagement metrics inside Instagram Insights and TikTok Analytics, then refine the approach based on weekly learnings.
Acceptance criteria
• Minimum three high-quality posts per week on each platform.
• Consistent focus on the product-creation process with a recognisable visual style.
• Weekly analytics report demonstrating upward trends in reach or engagement.
Tools that may come in handy include Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, Later, or native scheduling features—whichever workflow keeps content timely and on-brand.
The project starts as soon as the content calendar is approved; first analytics report due at the end of week one.
