Instagram Social Media Assistant
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I am looking for a sharp, reliable virtual assistant who can fully manage my brand’s presence on Instagram. Your priority will be day-to-day social media management: scheduling posts, handling comments and DMs, tracking performance metrics, and suggesting fresh content ideas that resonate with our esports audience.
You should feel comfortable using native Instagram tools (Creator Studio, Reels editor, basic analytics) and any third-party schedulers you favour. Experience in gaming or esports communities is a plus because it will make tone, hashtags, and engagement strategies feel authentic. Graphic work is not the core of this job; however, if you can quickly tweak a template in Canva or Photoshop to keep our feed visually consistent, that will be appreciated.
Deliverables I expect each week
• A content calendar outlining post captions, hashtags, and timing
• Five scheduled posts (mix of static images, Reels, or Stories as appropriate)
• Timely replies to all comments and inbox messages (same-day during business hours)
• A concise performance report every Friday covering reach, engagement, and growth insights
