Instagram Reels & Stories Manager

I need someone who can take full ownership of my Instagram Stories and Reels right away. The account already has a clear visual identity; what’s missing is a steady stream of engaging vertical video that drives views, saves, and replies on a daily basis.
Here’s what success will look like for me:
• A weekly content calendar covering every Story and Reel, approved at least three days in advance.
• Short-form videos (15–60 s) edited, captioned, and formatted for 9:16, ready to upload in HD.
• Captions, sticker ideas, music suggestions, hashtags, and calls-to-action supplied with each post.
• A concise performance report every seven days highlighting reach, watch-time, and follower growth.
