Instagram Reels Growth Manager (Poker Content) – Strategy, Light Editing, and Posting
Description:
I’m looking for a smart, creative, and results-driven Instagram Media Manager to help grow my personal brand through high-performing Reels. You’ll take my existing footage and make it explode — through sharp strategy, attention-grabbing thumbnails, viral captions, smart posting, and light edits when needed to shape strong hooks or clean cuts.
This is not a full editing role — the footage is ready. I need someone who knows how to package, optimize, and post that content in a way that earns more views, more engagement, and more followers.

• Strategize and post 6–8 Reels per week using my video library
• Perform light editing (cutting fat, tightening hooks, improving pacing, adding text/audio when needed)
• Create viral-style thumbnails that drive clicks
• Write punchy, shareable captions and pinned comments
• Choose optimal posting times and manage direct uploads
• Repost or repackage top-performing content
• Stay current with IG Reels trends and algorithm updates
• Track and report engagement data weekly
