Create high quality Instagram reels including shooting and editing
Strong understanding of visual storytelling and reel structure
Good sense of UI UX flow framing hooks transitions and viewer attention
Plan reel ideas trends and content formats
On ground field work for content creation
Manage consistent posting and engagement focused content
Mandatory Requirements
Prior experience handling Instagram pages
Strong reel editing skills using tools like CapCut Premiere Pro VN or similar
Clear understanding of UI UX in content and social media visuals
Ability to work independently without guidance
Must have a real portfolio of work
