Someone who genuinely understands IG’s backend behaviour and can operate warm up, and operate accounts on clean US mobile/residential IPs without triggering flags. If you’ve done this at scale, you’ll fit perfectly. The Instagram account should NEVER go down.
Backend Knowledge
– Operating IG accounts using stable US IPs
– Marketing: Execute structured warm-up sequences (stories, reels, browsing, safe velocity)
– Post content without tripping automated reviews or blocks
– Maintain detailed logs on airtable (creation date, IP, recovery details)
– Track trust score behaviour + identify issues early (locks, freezes)
Requirements
– 2+ years managing IG accounts / IG Marketing
– Deep understanding of IG flag triggers + trust score patterns
– Experience using mobile proxies or US-based residential IPs
– Knows safe posting timing, action limits, and warm-up
– Comfortable operating multiple IG accounts
