I’m a fitness and mindset coach building a personal brand on Instagram. I’m looking for a reliable freelancer to manage my Instagram engagement and growth, and help me secure brand collaborations with fashion and sportswear companies.

Responsibilities:
Instagram Management:
• Boost organic engagement by interacting with followers and target audience (likes, comments, DMs, stories)
• Monitor growth and provide simple weekly updates
• Optimize bio, hashtags, and post timing for better visibility
• Follow/unfollow strategies (only manual, no bots)
Brand Collab Outreach:
• Research and compile a list of relevant fashion and sportswear brands (especially those working with influencers or coaches)
• Reach out via DM or email using approved scripts to pitch potential collaborations
• Track responses, follow-ups, and opportunities in a simple spreadsheet
• Assist in building and sending a short pitch or media kit (template can be provided)

• Understands how to grow Instagram accounts organically (no fake followers or engagement)
• Has experience doing outreach for influencers or personal brands
