I run an Instagram account that receives a steady flow of DMs and comment threads every day. I’m looking for a proactive partner who can jump in, answer those messages in real time, and keep the conversations alive so my community feels heard and stays engaged.
The work is simple on paper yet crucial for growth: reply to every direct message and comment during agreed-upon hours, in friendly, natural-sounding Bahasa Indonesia that reflects my brand voice. The aim is to spark back-and-forth chat, drop a helpful tip, or ask a follow-up question—anything that nudges the follower to keep talking rather than switching apps. No hard selling; interaction is the metric we’ll track.
I’ll hand over clear tone guidelines, common Q&As, and example replies. You’ll just need solid command of Instagram’s inbox, comment filters, and quick-reply features (mobile app or Creator Studio—whichever you prefer) plus a shared Google Sheet to log response times and note any trends you spot.
Deliverables
• Daily coverage for a 7-day trial, logging each handled message, average response time, and any noticeable engagement bumps
• A short end-of-week recap suggesting tweaks for tone, timing, or content
Acceptance Criteria
• 90 % of incoming messages answered within 30 minutes during the agreed window
• Replies match the provided voice guide and encourage at least one additional follower response
• Engagement rate shows a visible lift week over week
