Instagram Growth for Influencers

I'm looking for an experienced influencer manager to handle social media influencers on Instagram. The focus will be on engagement and growth for our beauty salon page.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase followers and engagement.
- Interact with followers and potential followers to boost visibility.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- we expect to see 3-4 bloggers per week, 1 UGC creator per week
