* Plan and execute **Instagram content (Reels + Posts + Stories)**
* Create **short-form videos (hooks, edits, captions)**
* Use AI tools to **speed up content production**
* Test different content angles (fitness, lifestyle, system-based)
* Help drive **real signups / leads (not just followers)**

* Someone who understands **attention + hooks + retention**
* Experience in **Reels / TikTok-style content**
* Ability to think **out-of-the-box (not generic gym content)**
