Instagram Growth Specialist & Content Strategist for Multifaceted Lifestyle Brand

I am looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager/Growth Specialist to help launch and grow my upcoming project on Instagram: @happyowlous.
This project is a diverse lifestyle and entertainment hub. Unlike niche accounts, we are building a broad platform covering a wide array of topics including:
Entertainment: Movies, TV Series, Songs, Music Reviews
Lifestyle: Travel Diaries, Cooking/Food, Health & Wellness
Society & Culture: Politics, Interviews, Entrepreneurship
General: Travel, Personal Vlogs, and "lots of different things."
I need someone who understands how to manage a multi-niche account without confusing the algorithm, ensuring we attract a diverse but engaged audience.
Responsibilities:
Content Strategy: Develop a content calendar that balances the wide variety of topics (Travel, Politics, Entertainment, etc.) effectively.
Growth Hacking: Implement organic growth strategies to increase followers and engagement (Reels strategy, Hashtag research, Competitor analysis).
Engagement: Interact with the community, reply to comments, and engage with similar accounts to build visibility.
Analytics: Track performance metrics and adjust the strategy based on what topics are performing best (e.g., if Cooking Reels get more traction than Politics, how do we pivot or balance?).
Creative Input: Assist with captions, visual consistency, and ideas for viral Reels/Posts.
Requirements:
Proven experience growing Instagram accounts from scratch or low follower counts.
Ability to handle diverse content pillars (You must be comfortable switching between serious topics like politics/entrepreneurship and fun topics like movies/travel).
Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels trends and the current algorithm.
Excellent copywriting skills for captions.
(Optional but preferred) Basic graphic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
