We are looking for a skilled Instagram growth expert to manage and scale our music brand CREOS MUSIC.

Our goal is to:

Increase organic followers

Improve reels reach & engagement

Make videos go viral

Build a strong music audience globally

This is a long-term project for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
Daily/weekly posting strategy (Reels-focused)

Creating viral captions, hooks & hashtags

Optimizing content for Instagram algorithm

Managing posting schedule

Increasing engagement (likes, shares, comments)

Competitor research (music industry trends)

Suggesting content ideas for reels

Cross-promotion strategies (YouTube ↔ Instagram)

Goals:
Reach 1 Million followers

Achieve high reel views (100K+ per reel target)

Build strong engagement & fan base

Requirements:
Proven experience in growing Instagram pages (especially music/reels)

Strong understanding of Instagram algorithm (2025 trends)

Ability to create viral strategies
