Job Title: Social Media Manager – Instagram Growth Specialist (Beauty & Makeup Industry)

We are a professional makeup studio based in Surat, India, run by two certified makeup artists with training from top Indian and international experts. Our niche is bridal makeup, party makeup, and self-makeup courses. We are passionate about creating high-quality, engaging content that not only showcases our artistry but also builds a strong, loyal community of clients and followers.
We are looking for a dedicated Social Media Manager who is an expert in Instagram growth and has proven experience in scaling accounts within the beauty and makeup industry.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate should have:
Proven track record of growing Instagram accounts organically (please share case studies or accounts you’ve managed).
Experience in the beauty, fashion, or makeup industry.
Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, trends, and engagement strategies.
Ability to create engaging content strategies (reels, stories, posts, captions).
Knowledge of hashtags, SEO for Instagram, and influencer collaborations.
Skill in analyzing insights and optimizing content for better reach and conversions.
Experience in managing paid promotions (Meta Ads) will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
Create and execute a monthly Instagram content calendar aligned with our business goals.
Research and implement trending reel ideas that fit our brand voice.
Increase followers, reach, and engagement with measurable results.
Manage content posting, hashtags, and captions to maximize visibility.
Run growth strategies (collaborations, influencer outreach, giveaways, etc.).
Track analytics and performance reports, providing clear updates on growth.
Suggest and implement strategies to attract bridal clients and students for our makeup courses.
Requirements:
At least 2+ years of experience managing Instagram for brands or influencers.
Proven portfolio of results in beauty/makeup/fashion industry.
Excellent written communication and creativity.
Ability to work independently and deliver consistent results.
