Instagram Growth & Content Manager

I am building a client acquisition and sales project where I connect small and local businesses (such as cafes, gyms, salons, and coaching centers) with verified digital service providers for Instagram growth, content creation, and online visibility.
My role involves identifying potential businesses, understanding their growth needs, initiating conversations, and introducing them to suitable service providers. I do not execute the services myself; instead, I focus on relationship building, communication, and deal coordination.
I work on a commission-based model, earning a percentage for every client successfully introduced and closed. This project helps businesses grow, service providers get clients, and allows me to develop real-world sales and communication skills.
