Instagram Glamour DM Engagement Specialist
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I’m looking for an experienced Instagram DM chatter to manage conversations for a growing glamour/model creator account.
The role is to engage with followers in a natural, friendly and flirty way, build trust, qualify interested users, and guide warm leads toward the creator’s official private content page through the provided link.
You must be able to:
Chat in fluent English
Keep conversations natural, personal and engaging
Handle flirty conversations without sounding robotic or spammy
Identify serious buyers/fans
Redirect interested users to the creator’s private page
Follow scripts, tone guidelines and daily targets
Keep the Instagram account safe and avoid aggressive messaging
Previous experience with influencer, model, dating, creator, or subscription-based accounts is a strong plus.
Payment structure: fixed monthly/hourly pay + performance-based commission/bonus depending on results.
