Instagram-Facebook Sync Setup

I've set up new record label and a facebook page for it - but cant seem to share to personal pages posts I've made on the label FB page easily and I set up an Instagram page - which I cant seem to log into and cant for the life of me add a profile pic and add any content to it which means I cant do promotions & advertising ATM through FB which is highly irritating.
I need to resolve this - I'm sure for anyone who knows IG and FB this would be an easy fix - Help please
Key tasks and deliverables
• Create or convert the Instagram profile to a Business account, fully optimised with bio, profile image and contact buttons.
• Connect the account to the current Facebook Page so posts, reels and stories can be shared automatically and insights are consolidated in one place.
• Enable shopping tags and catalogue integration so we can tag merchandise and music products directly in our posts.
• Verify all settings (messaging, notifications, two-factor, roles) so the team can manage the profile securely from Meta Business Suite.
• Provide a brief walkthrough or screenshots showing where to add future videos, reels and news items so we can keep momentum after hand-over.
Everything should be set up with future video-heavy content in mind, so please make sure any default formatting or thumbnail options favour reels and longer clips. Once the connection and shopping tools are live, I’ll take it from there.
