Instagram & Facebook Engagement Manager
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
My goal is simple—spark real conversation and community on both my Instagram and Facebook profiles. Engagement is the metric that matters most to me, so every move you make should encourage replies, reactions, and shares.
Here’s what the role looks like day-to-day. You’ll plan, design, and publish Stories tailored to each platform, weaving in polls, questions, behind-the-scenes clips, and quick tutorials that invite followers to tap, vote, or comment. Consistency is key, so a clear weekly calendar—coordinated through Meta Business Suite or a similar scheduling tool—keeps everything on track.
Data will guide us. After each batch of Stories, pull insights (reach, sticker taps, link clicks, and retention) and translate them into next-step tweaks we can act on quickly. If Canva, InShot, or native Instagram editing tools are already second nature to you, you’ll be right at home.
When you introduce yourself, focus on your experience building Story-driven engagement for other brands: before-and-after metrics, any creative approaches that worked particularly well, and how you adjust strategy when numbers plateau. No need for a lengthy proposal—evidence of prior success will speak louder.
Deliverable milestones
• Weekly Story content plan and asset list
• Daily Story uploads (Instagram first, then cross-shared to Facebook where appropriate)
• End-of-week performance snapshot with actionable recommendations
Quality is measured by rising reply counts, sticker interactions, and overall Story views week over week. Let’s turn passive scrolling into active participation.
