I need an extra pair of hands to keep our Instagram community feeling heard and appreciated. Your main role will be to jump into the comments and DMs that come in each day—primarily simple shout-outs, compliments, and other friendly touchpoints—and reply quickly with the same upbeat, polished voice I use now.
There is no rigid brand playbook; use your best judgment while staying warm, professional, and on-brand with the visual language already on the feed. Experience managing conversations at scale is important because I expect up to 40 hours of availability in peak periods and want to trust that every follower gets a timely response.
Deliverables
• Same-day replies to all incoming Instagram comments and direct messages that fit the “general engagement” category
• A short end-of-day note (bullet or spreadsheet) showing conversations handled, any patterns noticed, and items that may need my input
