Social Media Content Creator & Manager (Instagram Focus)
My Instagram account has grown steadily, but the engagement no longer matches the size of the audience. I’m looking for someone who can breathe fresh life into the page with a consistent mix of posts, stories, and reels designed to spark real interaction—comments, saves, shares, and meaningful conversations in DMs.
Here’s the workflow I have in mind:
Create a weekly content calendar that balances educational posts, behind-the-scenes content, and community-driven themes.
Deliver ready-to-publish creative assets—graphics, short-form videos, captions, and hashtags—using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
Schedule posts through Later, Hootsuite, or your preferred platform, timed for maximum engagement.
Provide a monthly report from Instagram Insights, covering engagement growth, content performance, and recommendations for what to try next.
You’ll have brand guidelines, previous assets, and audience personas from day one, so you can jump straight into ideation. The tone needs to stay consistent, with strong CTAs and visuals that feel on-trend. I value creative freedom within those boundaries—if you can keep the feed fresh while driving real interaction, that’s exactly what I’m after.
⚠️ If you only focus on posting content without caring about engagement, this won’t be a good fit.
