Instagram Content Manager & Editor
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
I’d like to hand over the day-to-day running of my Instagram feed while keeping the voice and aesthetic my audience already recognises. Every two weeks I can give you up to four hours’ worth of tasks and a folder of raw photos. You’ll enhance those images—colour, lighting, minor retouching—then turn them into 3–4 ready-to-publish posts each week.
What I’ll supply
• Raw photos and past posts as style reference
• Key messages, product info, brand guidelines and any time-sensitive announcements
What I need from you
• Subtle image enhancements (no new shoots or heavy graphic design)
• Captions that match the existing tone, with appropriate hashtags
• A light content calendar and scheduled posting inside Instagram (or a tool you prefer)
• Quick engagement checks: respond to basic comments and flag anything I should answer personally
Acceptance criteria
1. All visuals align with my previous colour palette and composition style.
2. Captions sound natural and on-brand; no spelling errors.
3. Posts are delivered on time and scheduled for the agreed dates.
If you’re comfortable editing photos and managing an Instagram grid within a tight, recurring four-hour window, I’d love to see examples of feeds you currently look after.
