Instagram Content Cross-Posting Assistant

I need someone who can mirror everything I publish on my main Instagram account onto TikTok and another Instagram profile as soon as it goes live. Every post must carry over exactly the same caption, and every story needs to be uploaded in full so the look and feel remain identical. The only items we skip are event announcements—everything else makes the jump.
Fast turnaround is essential; same-day reposting keeps the two feeds in sync. Native quality must be preserved, so you’ll have to download directly from Instagram, keep original resolutions, and paste captions without edits. Stories should appear in the same order and for the same duration.
Deliverables
• All eligible feed posts duplicated to TikTok and the secondary Instagram account, caption intact.
• All eligible stories duplicated in full, within 24 hours of the original upload.
• Clear log (date/time) of every item reposted so I can spot-check accuracy.
If you already manage cross-platform scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later, let me know; otherwise manual reposting is fine as long as timing stays tight.
