Your day-to-day focus will be pure engagement and community management: replying to comments on posts, responding to DMs in a warm, brand-consistent tone, and making sure no genuine message slips through the cracks.
Timeliness matters. I aim for responses within a few business hours so followers feel heard and valued. When a question is outside the usual scope, just flag it for me and I’ll step in.
You’ll have:
