You’ll work exclusively inside Instagram DMs, initiating and managing outbound conversations with local service-based businesses (gyms, salons, repair services, clinics, etc.) that depend on bookings and leads.

Objective
Your job is simple and specific:

Start natural, friendly conversations

Confirm genuine interest in our offer

Capture the prospect’s preferred contact method

Hand the conversation back to me for closing

No phone calls.
No sales calls.
No pitching.
No closing.

Just warm, natural DM conversations.

Commission Structure

$12–$15 USD for every deal that closes from a prospect you hand off

Paid weekly

Full visibility into the pipeline so you always know your numbers

Opportunity to earn higher rates and expand into Facebook and WhatsApp once Instagram runs smoothly

Weekly Deliverables

Spreadsheet or CRM entry including:

Instagram handle

Level of interest

Preferred contact method

Date handed off

DM screenshot or chat export for quick context

Short note if any follow-up is required

This is NOT a sales role.
You will not be asked to:

Close deals

Handle objections

Get on calls
