Instagram & Affiliate Virtual Assistant
Budget: $3 – $5 USD
I’m looking for a versatile virtual assistant who can take over day-to-day work on my Instagram account and free me up for the bigger picture. Your core focus will be producing fresh, on-brand content—mainly still images and Stories—and pairing every post with the correct affiliate links so followers can shop instantly.
What the role looks like
You’ll receive the raw inspiration (product photos, pins, or rough sketches) and turn it into polished visuals that match my aesthetic. Think curated style boards, carousel images, and animated Stories that feel cohesive in the grid. Captions, hashtags, and link tracking codes should be baked in before anything goes live.
Affiliate linking
Most links run through Liketoknow.it and ShopMy, so familiarity with those dashboards is a plus.
Tool stack
Canva, Adobe Express, or Photoshop—use whichever you’re best with, as long as the final files are Instagram-ready. Later or Planoly experience for scheduling will help keep everything consistent.
Deliverables each week
• A mini content calendar outlining post dates and themes
• 10 feed-ready images + 5 interactive Stories, all sized correctly
• One hero style board (mood-board style) summarizing the week’s vibe
• Captions, hashtags, and affiliate links placed and logged
Acceptance criteria
Posts must land in our shared drive at least 48 hours before publish time, include active affiliate links that earn commission when tested, and maintain a cohesive color palette that matches previous grid posts.
